SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed upon receipt by the sales department. Normal processing can take 24-48 hours and upon verification and approval, your merchandise is shipped out in the next 2-7 business days depending on how big your order is. For all Tri-State Region (NY, NJ, PA, CT) and East Coast (ME, NH, VT, MA, RI, DE, MD, VA, NC, SC, GA, FL) customers we offer delivery service, where drivers can bring the merchandise into your home and assemble it at an extra charge. Furniture for Central and West Coast customers is being delivered via a Freight service, you will be contacted by the Freight company via phone 1-2 days prior to delivery to schedule a delivery appointment. All shipments coming via Freight are brought to the curbside. Please specify any special delivery instructions in the comments area during checkout. All merchandise is shipped out in a box with instructions on how to assemble the goods.

We professionally package every item to the standards you would expect from any luxury seller! Your item will arrive carefully packed in a brand new brown shipping box, sealed with professional-quality packaging tape and shrink wrap. Inside, you will find it packed with all the care necessary to make sure that it arrives safely, including, as needed, styrofoam, packing peanuts, bubble wrap, and anything else it requires. Our professional packaging is what helps us to ship from coast to coast and have one of the lowest breakage rates of any seller online!
We recommend that all of our customers open the item and inspect it thoroughly prior to accepting delivery. It is normal for packaging to show some wear, only refuse the item if the actual product is damaged. Once the item is refused, contact us so we can ship a replacement item as quickly as possible. Please know that returns or other related issues must be requested within 7 days of receiving of the item. We are not responsible for any issues that are communicated to us after 7 days.
RETURN POLICYfarrelli.com offers a 7 day Return Policy starting on the day when the merchandise is received by a customer. You may return an item, excluding any shipping and handling charges, within a period of 7 days according to the following guidelines:
All returns must be doubled boxed (manufacturer's box inside and shipping box) and authorized by farrelli.com. Please contact our customer service department for Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and instructions prior to shipping merchandise back. Enclose the original receipt or a copy of it with your return. Also enclose a brief letter of explanation of return and state your request for either a refund or an exchange. Please include the authorization number on this letter and not on the outside of the box. Never write anything on the manufacturer's box.
Refunds, exchanges and returns may only be made within 7 days of receiving the merchandise if return is in original mint (brand new).
All returns require a RMA. An RMA must be requested within 7 days of the original invoice date for non-defective product. Thereafter, all sales are final. All items must be returned in “as new” condition in the original packaging and have all accessories, blank warranty cards and owners manuals. Returns will be charged 15% restock fee unless a replacement order of equal or greater value is placed at the time of the RMA. The restock fee is not a penalty, it is a costly process to prepare for resale and restock product or taking a product back to the manufacture.
NOTE: Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns. Shipping and handling expenses are non-refundable (including all refused and unaccepted packages). When returning product, use a carrier that has tracking capabilities. The customer assumes responsibility for insuring the return shipment and filing the claim for lost or damaged returns. Make sure to insure the package. farrelli.com cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
The customer is responsible for inspecting the order for damages or missing items and reporting it within 48 hours. Reports after that time will not be honored. Product damaged in shipment will be replaced at no additional charge or credited to the credit card of original charge. The product must be kept in its original shipping packaging for seven business days or until the shipper makes inspection. The customer have to take a few pictures of the damaged item and e-mail it to claims@farrelli.com.
All returns will not have a restocking fee if provided merchandise is returned in unopened condition (brand new) within 7 days! If the package is opened there is a minimum 15% restocking fee.
RMA numbers are valid 7 days and the product must reach our warehouse before then. A delay will result in complete forfeiture of your credit. Products sent back without valid RMA numbers will not be accepted. Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be REFUSED.
All supplied manufacture accessories must be included in original factory packaging when returning the item. Failure to return all or any supplied accessories will result in complete forfeiture of your credit.
In the event any of these conditions are not adhered to, we reserve the right to either refuse the return, or to charge a nominal restock fee of no less than 15% depending on the condition of the returned merchandise.
Returns typically take 5-7 business days to process, and credits should be posted within 14 days of receipt. Please note that we are not responsible for returns lost by the shipping company.
- Special order items
Return or order cancellation of special order items will be charged up to 35% to 65% restock fee. The amount is determined by the manufacturer/supplier of the product.
